National Review: New Pledge Is Bold -? We'll Take It
Republican legislative leaders have finally released their "Pledge to America," the agenda they will follow should they take control of Congress in the next election. The "Pledge" is the sequel to the 1994 "Contract with America," but the editors of the National Review argue that these new promises are better and bolder than those of 16 years ago.
