Brazil Elects First Woman President

Dilma Roussef is the handpicked successor of outgoing president Lula da Silva. As a young woman she was a Marxist and was jailed and tortured by Brazil's military dictatorship. Now she takes the helm of one of the world's most vibrant economies.
