Festival Of Lights Underway In India

President Obama is scheduled to arrive in India to fireworks -- and not the political or diplomatic kind. Rather, the kind used to celebrate a global religious holiday Diwali. It's a five-day festival of lights, observed mostly by Hindus in south Asia and across the globe.
