Washington In 2011: Will GOP, Obama Make It Work?
No matter who controls Congress after Nov. 2, Washington will look a lot different. There will be more Republicans -- and more conservative Republicans -- as well as far fewer Democrats and liberals. What's ahead: gridlock or unexpected areas for cooperation?
