Foreign Policy: Roma, Europe's Wanderers
The European Union decided yesterday to take legal action against France over its its expulsion of more than 1,000 illegal Roma immigrants, but decided not to charge the government with discrimination. A slide show from Foreign Policy depicts people living in Roma camps through out Europe.
