National Review: Watching An Inexperienced Justice
In an important upcoming term, the Supreme Court will look at issues of immigration, religion, prison overcrowding, global warming, and state secrets. Jonathan H. Adler of the National Review says that Elena Kagan, the newest justice, will be watched more closely than the others because of her lack of judicial experience.
